A: Deadstock Kicks LA is based out of Los Angeles, California.

Q: Do we sell authentic Nike shoes?

A: Absolutely! Every shoe we offer is 100% authentic, straight from Nike and some of Nike's biggest retailers.

Q: Why should I buy from you?

A: Because we are just like you. We know all about the frustration of seeing your favorite sneaker is sold out. We were tired of that and wanted to make a change. Our Pre-order service is here to make things easier for you. Every pre-order is guaranteed and we strive to offer some of the most competitive prices you can find! Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Q: How long does it take for my shoes to arrive to my house once I order?

A: All orders ship double boxed with a tracking number within 1-2 business days after purchase. Pre-orders ship during the week after the shoe is released. More specific dates are provided on the product page. 

Q: Will Deadstock Kicks be getting a certain shoe?

A: We announce all shoes and pre-orders on our Instagram page. Follow us at dskicksla.

Q: Do I need Paypal to buy from Deadstock Kicks?

A: No. Paypal gives you the option during checkout to use a credit/debit card.

Q: Does Deadstock Kicks LA Accept Returns?

A: All sales and pre-orders are final. No exceptions. Once an order is made, we are working dilligently to fulfill it. If you need to change a size, we need to know promptly after you make an order or at least 24 hours before the shoe is set to drop at retailers. We have a very good track record with our customers and you should feel comfortable when making a purchase with Deadstock Kicks LA. All of our products are guaranteed 100% Authentic. As long as you know what you are ordering, there should be no reason at all that you need to return your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to assist.

Q: How Do Pre-Orders Work?

A: We base all of our inventory on our pre-orders. If you do not order in advance, we won't know what to stock up on. All of our pre-orders are 100% guaranteed. If your pre-order is not fulfilled for any reason at all, you will receive a full refund credited to your billing account. Our Pre-Order price can fluctatuate both up and down based on availability and our current inventory. We reserve the right to refuse "credits" or "debits" to those that have already made a previous pre-order on the item with the reduced or raised pre-order price. We occasionally sell out of pre-orders due to high volume, so it is important to pre-order as soon as you see a shoe is available. For mass orders, we may not be able to fulfill the entire order. We will refund any shoes that were not able to be obtained. Also, if you would like to request a receipt from the original retailer, please include that in a note in your order. Due to the amount of orders that we receive, late fees are incorporated within 48 hours of release. The best time to pre-order a shoe is as soon as we make the announcement of shoe availablity on our Instagram or Twitter page.

Q: I made a Pre-Order. Now what?

A: Sit back, relax, and let us get you your shoes. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This means we have received your order and you are confirmed. After you receive that initial email from us, you will not be hearing from us until you receive a shipping email. You can expect this anytime during the week after the shoe has released. More specific dates of shipping can be found on the product description page. Based on past pre-orders, shipments generally go out Thursday-Monday. If you have any questions about an order, feel free to contact us through our email and contact form.

Q: Back Order?

A: On rare occasion, our pre-orders can be put on backorder. This happens very little but can be expected with higher demand releases. When this happens, we will alert you via email and let you know when we expect to have your order shipped and delivered. This process usually lasts no longer than a full week after the ending date originally stated in the product description. Please have patience as we are working very dillegitenly to get this resolved for you. When making a purchase with us, you understand that this may happen. A full refund can be requested if you have yet to receive shipping confirmation beyond this week period as stated.
